The Lockheed C-5A 'Galaxy' has the cockpit well above the cargo area to allow for cargo loading through a nose door. The cockpit profile extends down the length of the fuselage to a T-tail, giving it an egg-shaped cross section. The Galaxy has swept wings, as well as front and rear cargo doors allowing simultaneous loading and unloading. [Wiki]
