I had been scanning old family photos and had seen photos of the Maas Store truck. My grandfather always bought International pickup trucks. The store name was painted by
James Kirkpatrick- who was a talented 'Western Painter' from Jamestown ND.
1998 International Harvester was the featured manufacturer. I wanted to get a couple photos of this IH pickup truck. I limited myself to one roll of film. Dad, mom, and my friend Bob Nelson came along. We arrived early to partake in the Thresher man's breakfast. We stayed for the morning parade and left by mid-afternoon.
