Narr: 1921 Wedding Dress of Emma Berg .. Olson of Hawley. Hemlines until 1920 they started to creep up during WW-I, they were 8" above the ground, in 1920 they had dropped quite low again. They would continue to raise though-out the 1920. My daughter Isabel will explain about the 1920s- in an effort to pass off the MC job to a new generation.
