In the 1960's farmers needed more power. The 4 wheel drive tractors were just starting to be made, but the h.p. was quite low on them. This tractor was coupled up out of 2 1966 110 h.p. G1000 Minneapolis-Molines in the Havre, Montana area. In 1969 141 h.p. motors were available, bigger engines, and turboes were installed, making the tractor about 320 h.p. total. This unit was run for about 1900 hours and then stood for some where around 25 years. The engines were slightly stuck, several parts missing; turboes, starter, injection pumps, etc. It was restored in 2010, enough to get it running, and finished in 2011. Painted in 2012.
