This B-25 'Mitchell' is a World War II medium bomber. Gerry Beck flew this aircraft from Rockville TX to Wahpeton ND on 2/3/1984. He never got around to restoring it. It was towed to Fargo last year after Beck died in a flying accident. It is on display at the Fargo Air Museum, in a building that carries his name in tribute.

quot;Hess, who is an old plane buff like Beck and is a member of the Confederate Air Force, said the history of the plane hasn't been researched. About all that is known about it now, he said, is that it was built in 1943.quot; -Fargo Forum, 2/4/1984 page A1
