Blanding's Turtle (Emydoidea blandingii) is the state reptile of Minnesota. It eats invertebrates, insects, fish, tadpoles and some vegetation. Especially favors crayfish and other crustaceans. They are found throughout the Great Lakes region - southern Ontario, Michigan, northern Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, southern Minnesota, Iowa and northeastern Nebraska.
