I join Arlene and Victor Teigen in harvesting the pumpkin patch.
My feet are getting soaked and my garden shoes are covered in mud. I pull out about 25 large pumpkins and carry them to the edge of the garden. Victor and I load up the trunk. Arlene says itÕs too wet and calls off the harvest. I have Vic photograph me with two buckets full of tiny pumpkins.
