The German Air Force Tactical Training Center was established in Holloman AFB, NM, on May 1st, 1996. It's mission was to train Tornado Fighter Weapon Instructors and to perform an Advanced Tactical Training for German aircrews. The flying training in New Mexico provides excellent weather year round and the vicinity of many MOA's and bombing ranges. -program
