Boicourt Trail - 0.3 mile round trip. A paved path leads to a viewing area that looks out across the park to the south. Everything is dry and with pale earth tones and occasional pastels. There are two trails about 1/4 mile from each other. We took the dirt trail (the first one).

Extreme Heat Advisory
Very hot weather is expected. Trail users must take special precautions. Carry plenty of water - at least one gallong per person per day. Wear protective clothing and at to keep the sun off your skin. Plan hikes for morning and evening hours only. Rest in the shade or indoors during the hottest part of the day.
