It's sunny and warm when I arrived at Dakota Park, but it was windy. The wind made much of what they planned useless.
Samantha and Sean had some confetti cannons to set off.
Sean had to help Samantha as she couldn't twist hard enough to set it off.
The ground was full of blue confetti. I joke, "you're going to get a ticket for littering the park."
I went out and picked up some confetti as souvenirs.
