The USAF Thunderbirds perform an Arrowhead Loop, Line to Diamond Loop (OPS) <= in their F-16C 'Falcon'. The Diamond is flown by Lt. Colonel Kevin Robbins (#1 Commander/Leader), Major Scottie Zamzow (#2 Left Wing), Major Nicole Malachowski (#3 Right Wing), and Major Steve Horton (#4 Slot).
The #4 slot pilot flies as close as 18 inches to the commander, #1, during the arrowhead loop. -[wiki]
