These Minneapolis Stream Tractors are warming up their boilers. I don't have any info on these steam traction engines.
Gerald Parker of Casselton wrote about the Minneapolis collection in 2007, "At Rollag we have that beautiful 45 single tandem compound, a 28 American and 28 Canadian, a 24, 22, and 20 which has a wonderful new boiler. One of our members is planning to have a 22 return flue single tandem compound engine (with new boiler, of course) running at the 2007 Rollag show."
